No Time to Blog- I got a Job!
I have so much to add- but no time to do it... I love my new job and I love the way our family is working with Blue home. Everyone is happy, everyone is healthy. We are blessed, we are busy and we are thanking God for every moment.

Happy 4th of July!
Our Fourth of July family tradition continued again this year with a full day at the park. Blue made hot dogs, corn, and burgers on the bar-b-que that were eaten by our church family before they could get cold. After filling up on food we took full advantage of the ice cream truck parked right next to us. It was hard to resist going back for more, but the long lines were a good deterrent. We enjoyed being outside all day, but it was a bit cold due to the lack of sunshine.
I didn't take very many pictures, I was busy playing with the baby and husband or helping out with our church.

When it came time for the fireworks we climbed up on top of the 4runner and enjoyed the view. It didn't take long before I was the only one on top- Blue took her down when she wasn't all that excited about the booming and they sat inside with the sun roof open watching from the drivers seat. We were able to enjoy the fireworks until something went wrong and they had to stop the show unexpectedly. Parked closest to the Police Headquarters, we knew there would be no grand finale when they took off to direct traffic moments after an abrupt stop. Four people ended up going to the hospital with 11 injured when a firework took it's own path.
As always, we missed all the traffic by staying behind to help our church pick up all the jumpers and displays. I have always enjoyed the fellowship from this event- year after year we are blessed to be part of a church that really does reach out to the community without a forceful hand. The children can just play- no strings attached. I didn't have a chance to help with the balloon station this year, but I did monitor the jumpers briefly and had a good time doing it. Until next year...
